Brother -in- law
I have been told by my wife that I will build her brother's 2 kids a cart for Christmas. Well I did as I was told. Keep the family happy! I had the cart so it wasn't to bad. He painted it and cleaned it. I assemblied it.All I need now is a set of back brackets for it to mount the roof.
It's a older cart but runs good. What can they expect for free right! |

Re: Borther -in- law
Forget about the cart, what I see to the left and right of the cart in that last pic is what I want for Christmas!!!
Kidding aside, that's really nice. Those older CC carts are darn near bulletproof, and when something does go wrong it's easy to diagnose and fix. It'll give the youngsters something good to learn on. |

Extreme left and right in the image, the Chevy pickup (I think, could be a Suburban) and what I assume is a built powerplant for it. |

Re: Borther -in- law
71 Chevy 1/2 ton pick up and yes a new motor for it. 6.0LSx with 4l80 transmission. Will be installed over Christmas for the 2014 Power Tour next June!
The cart is being done for free so any cleaning and cosmetic work is up to the brother-in-law to do. That was the deal. Everything so far I had. The wife is even doing the new seat covers for him. |

Re: Brother -in- law
That is one good looking C10! The 6.0 is a powerhouse, even the stock one in my Dad's 09 2500HD work truck (I refuse to call it a Silverado, I think GM should have never started calling them all Silverados, it took the special meaning away.) is one heck of a runner. Backed up with that 4l80 you'll have quite a nice ride there. You running a 3.73 rear end?

Stock 4:10's out back 12 bolt with clear gears cover. Going to try and have disc brakes on it also by June 2014. |

Disc brakes are definitely going be a necessity with that new monster you're putting under the hood. Also, That's the first clear pumpkin cover I've seen, that's really cool! |
