I did the suggestions i tested the batteries they all checked fine the speed sensor did not slow down when i let off the gas so i looked and found a thread that said try to push the cart it should beep when in the run postionif it does not means a bad speed sensor. I would never ignore any advice because they are all good and did get me looking at the right area thanks to all that has posted
