the symtoms I am having are,49 volts to the on off key(whether key is on or off), solenoid pulled in and 49 volts, the controller has 49 volts to B- to B+;49 volts B- to M: zero volts from M to B+;also large electrical arc when reconnecting positive battery post with key off.
