Will these fit on my cart? I have the clearance, but is this the right bolt pattern and offset/backspace? Please help as I am very interested in getting these asap. If not, what is correct fitment?

ITP SS212 12" Chrome UTV Wheels (Fitment 12X7 4/4, 2+5) and Maxxis Ceros radial (6 ply) 26X11X12 tires

I am also thinking of getting the same tires in a 23X10X12. Will a 12X6 wheel fit these? Almost same price, but I think stopping and acceleration would be better, as well as ride quality.
