Default Bolt stuck on resistor coil standoff

Out of ideas here fellas.. I burned up my vglide last week and have been in the process of replacing some 6 gauge wires that also melted.. I've got everything replaced except for one 6 gauge wire from the vglide to the resistor coils..

The nut has melted to the coil standoff bolt.. I've tried the underneath bolt, PB blaster, heat, everything short of grinding it off.. Of course it's now stripped and my only choice left is a pair of channel locks but i've given it my grizzly bear wrench technique with no avail..

Anyone have the same problem and figured out a solution other than cutting off the coil standoff bolt or replacing the entire resistor coils themselves? It also feels like the resistor coil standoff bolt is melted to the resistor as that is also not moving.. Any ideas will be helpful.. Thanks fellas!
