thing to remember is those who are going to take it are probably scoping them out. if you have to lift the seat to hit a switch, they are probably watching.
there are new key switches available from cc as I hear..
an electric can also be hotwired with a aligator clip i think
bu sells a thing that will fit on a stock right spindle and the center of the cart. it has a spot to put a padlock. a cart won't go very far if it has to go in circles! you can probably could modify one or make your own that would work on a lifted cart?
