Post your serial number so that you can get the best help from these guys on increasing speed as it is dependent on it being an IQ or Excel cart....
Sounds like yours is set at speed code 1 which is 8 miles an hour with stock tires. If you have an IQ cart a cheap magnet will net you close to 20 miles per hour, if you have an Excel cart you will need speed code 4 installed by a dealer to the same 20 miles an hour.
