Is there a guide around here for the bearing install for these? Why would the wheel lean so much like that? If the bearings were that loose I would have seen that but it was not bad. The tire lean bothers me most but I want to do everything at once for him, if i can

With cart jacked up have friend wiggle wheel while you look feel for movement.
When moving at 3 and 9 o clock position only move enough to not cause other side wheel to turn. That will give misleading indications.
Download service manual from stickies here.
If you do find bearings need to be changed,change races at same time.
Careful when tightening axle nut”preload.too much or too little will damage new bearings.
Also lube before install.
