Before & After Cree LEDs Precedent light

Will these 50 watters work? They might be too hot.

Looks like they would work, 4.17 amps, not sure how much heat they will put out but I'm tempted to get a pair myself lol.

Did you simply change the 'bulb" out and use the original bulb housing? I have an '01 DS, any idea if it is the same housing/fixture?

I did change the bulb only, worked great.

Is there a way to tell what type of 'fitting' in the new LEDs I need to fit my 'old style' lights on the DS?

If you take out one of the old ones it will have a part number, just search that number and add LED replacement to the end of the search.

Good deal, I will check that out! I don't have tail light and was planning on adding them. But the more I think about it, I believe I will leave it that way since it is STRICKLY and offroad cart. I may just add a small white lead to see how to tie the deer on

I thought I would try the 50 watt versions - for $12, why not? I just installed them and they fit perfectly. They seem a little brighter than the stock bulbs, but not a lot. Definitely whiter. I’ll try them tonight when it gets dark. They also feel cooler to the touch so I don’t think heat will be an issue.
