88 CC engine swap
I just bought a carryall with seized a engine. What would be the best "easy" replacement. I have found it hard to find the oem engines. I wouldn't mind having a little extra hp, but I also dont want to have to replace the entire rear end. I am trying to do this on the cheap but I also don't want to redo it again next year. Thanks for your input.

Re: 88 CC engine swap
welcome to bgw!!!
well honestly you should go to cpp and order the big block kit for that rig. it is the best thing you could do. believe me you do not want the old flat head, gutless stock motor.. i just bought my kit and installed it a few weeks ago. i love it!!! and it is definetly worth the money.. i put it into my 91 club car ds, it will run 45mph and spin 26in tires with ease.. |

Re: 88 CC engine swap
If you bought a "
New Factory Club Car Engine" to replace your stocker it would far exceed the cost of a CPP big block kit. |

Man you brought an old thread from the dead. I doubt he posts here anymore as he only has one post count. Maybe he will get an email and respond... That 13hp clone looks mighty tempting cause its so cheap
