I need some feedback on an air compressor

I was going to buy an air compressor today and ended up buying a new tool chest instead.

Later on I'll pick one up but I wanted some feedback on a few I'm thinking about. These two are in my budget and will do pretty much all I want to do (die grinder, sander, impact gun, etc...), I just don't know if they will work with a HVLP paint gun. I'm a bit fuzzy on the whole scfm thing.
