Thumbs up Re: 2005 EzGo TXT pit vehicle

Put some coils spring shocks on it! It will stiffen up the sag when loaded

Well for the most part the car is about done so I pulled it out of the trailer to get some pics in the sun.

I did go to Golf Cart Services this morning to pick up a crankcase breather hose as the current one was cracked and also brought home a new plastic seat back cover for the stock front seat as the old one was faded. I also got a new pair of front seat arm rest/hip restraints as the originals had some marks and scratches.

I think the Valor mid rise shackles worked out pretty well along with a pair of Mr. Gasket shock extenders. We will know better once we load people on at the track but there looks like enough clearance and doesn't sit too high out back compared to the front which is still stock height.

Funny how us drag racers will take everything too far.

Modifications arent just limited to you drag racers. Plenty of us tear everything apart to "improve" its performance! I did road race motorcycles for a few years but the competitive gene started at birth :-)
