Battery health - loaded voltage?

Stock EZGO, no idea of model. Took some V/A measurements just now seeing as I don't have to worry about wires any more - full charged voltage is just over 38V, drops to 33V at 200A if you floor it, or during a sustained 150A (i.e. the steepest part of our driveway), and recovers back to 38V immediately.

Batteries look OK to you? I couldn't find any numbers for a loaded battery here..

How much more power (torque) would a controller upgrade give me? I've seen claims of 30% - sounds too good to be true, but if the controller is eating up a bunch of the power, I guess it would be worthwhile.

My plan is to upgrade the motor, controller and batteries over time, so I have no issue changing out the controller now..

Controller don't eat up voltage? They regulate the flow like a faucet does to the flow of water.

Yeah, but a low quality controller will have a high resistance, which reduces power to the motor. I should probably measure the voltage drop across the controller under load..

Just found the State of Charge sticky in the Club Car forum (why isn't it here?) but it doesn't say anything about loaded voltages..
