Default Jittering on upgraded series cart

I have upgraded motor, controller, solenoid, diode, resistor, cable and fnr switch.
When I give the cart just a little throttle the solenoid can be heard opening and closing rapidly and the cart starts and stops rapidly. If I give it full throttle no problem. Can anyone advise on the problem.

Pedal microswitch is out of adjustment, or gummed up.

How do I adjust it? I also don't know of that micro switch unless it is the one on the pot box.

That's the one, but I didn't know you had a pot box cart.
I usually can give better advice when I know which schematic to look at.

Considering it is more exposed than the Pedal microswitch in a ITS system, it is more likely to be gummed up than maladjusted.
And it's probably the only microswitch that hasn't been replaced by the upgrades.

However, you said the solenoid is chattering, and a bad microswitch isn't likely to cause chatter. They typically just fail to close.

Jack the rear wheels off the ground so the cart doesn't run over somebody or something and monitor the voltage to the small terminal on the solenoid that the wire from the microswitch attaches to.
Is the voltage steady, or is it intermittent when the solenoid chatters?
