Re: 1948 Ford Coupe / Cart BAGGED
As far as I know this body was made by the Lil' Car Company from somewhere in Florida. I can't find out a thing about them, except that they went out of business years ago.... I searched for any coupe body with closed doors for almost 2 years before this one showed up on ebay..... I paid a little more to ship it than it cost.... Now I'm searching for a 30's-40's pick-up truck body to put a Harley motor in....

Re: 1948 Ford Coupe / Cart BAGGED
I agree, this is one of the best builds I have seen ever. This and one other totally one-off custom are my two favorites, with this one edging out the other because it is more like a "car" than the other.. Looking at this one in pictures, if you don't have anything else around it to judge "scale", you wouldn't know it was a "cart", then you see it next to buildings, cars, etc., and you realize what it really is, and how perfect it is.

That is awesome!
The proportions are perfect and the attention to detail is amazing. If they gave a Riddler award for little cars you would win hands down! |
