choke on all the time
i have to have the choke on all the time to try to start the cart and then still have to leave it on to drive it it has a new carb what else could it be please help

lol hopefully your cart does not have a kawasaki motor that uses those ridiculously expensive carbs. cleaning it should work though hopefully

Check valve lash also .004" cold
