Default Anyone have a Navitas 5kw AC kit with 72V FLA?

Anyone running Navitas 5kw Ac on 72V FLA?

Hows 72 compare to 48v?
More speed,torque,range?

Considering going 72v instead of the Roypow 160ah. No telling when they will be available with this virus.

Thanks

Anyone?

I'm considering the same route, 6x 12v FLA with Navitas AC kit.

I will have on on a 9x8v setup on a standard TXT shortly. Currently have a Navitas TSX3.0 72v (HuntVE) and an AMD EQ7-4003 DC double brushed motor on it.

72 will require less amps and should go further and somewhat faster. Chatted with the engineer at Navitas about it.

9x8v? Wow. How do you fit all that in a txt? Bagwell batteries?

Post pics and results when done.

Thumbs up Re: Anyone have a Navitas 5kw AC kit with 72V FLA?

If the 72 volt AC works as good as the 48 volt system it will fly and should get you up to 40MPH are even better.

A 72 volt DC cart is way better than a 48 volt. I have built several 72 volt DC carts but not a AC yet. These are all 72 volt DC carts I have done.
