Yes. Continuous duty simply means that they can always have current rolling through them when the cart is running. Some solenoids are lighter duty and are intended to allow starter current which stops ones with motor is running. The ones you link are listed as continuous so they will work.

Not sure if you got this figured out or not but the solenoids you linked in the post before won't work. They are not 6 terminal, they are only 4, 2 high current and a signal and ground. That would work for the ignition/starter solenoid but not the key switch elimination pair.
