I had the vc460 carb on my 420 with a vc460 cam and springs.
It ran good with it. I still think I had to choke it also.

The chart is from VC and it's for the 41cc head they sell.

Dartguy77 how do you like the Predator 420 in your cart. I have 2003 EZGO TXT that I purchased with VC 460 eng and complete kit already installed, having some issues with the VC460 eng considering a Predator 420 or Lifan 15hp which is out of stock right now. Since I already have VC eng saddle kit installed swapping shouldn't be that big of an issue other than throttle linkage on the engine. Did you have any issue with foot throttle set up to the Predator?

Expect a major drop in power. The VC460 is a 20+ hp engine. The 420's are usually 13 hp or so. It'll bolt up etc, but you'll see less power and rpm.
