CAN bus wiring sketch for approval from you guys
Just wanted to see if you guys would please confirm what I have sketched out so far is the proper way to run the CAN bus for my system. If so, I finally have that part completed, the batteries mounted, and the other parts in place to push on through with this conversion.
This is for a 72V conversion with 10 Leaf Modules using Zeva EVMS3 with 2 Zeva modules for battery balancing. I have a Zeva monitor and Elcon Charger I really appreciate any feedback. I've gotta get this thing going. Thanks |

Re: CAN bus wiring sketch for approval from you guys
The CAN bus should be terminated of the TC charger side using a 120Ω resistor between CAN-L and CAN-H signal wires.
You also need to run the CAN-GND to the charger. The only wire not connected to the TC charger CAN bus is the CAN-12v (positive) since that pin is an "output" from the charger and it would conflict with the Zeva 12v output on the same wire. |

Thank you Sergio. I have the 120 resistor already from the factory. I will need to make up a ground wire for that connector.
