Re: Build pics and stretch progress
I bought a kit from Extreme Kartz, it is under cover as M & M Vehicle corp but looks exactly the same as the Rhox kit. Pretty comprehensive with some harness extensions but not all that are needed, extended cables for throttle, shifter, and choke, brake extension, aluminum subfloor, seat pod, etc...Having done it now I can see how this can be done without paying for a kit but I really like the aluminum floor since the cart sees a ton of beach use and after paying separately for cable extensions, seat pod, etc...the cost might be marginally less DIY. Still required a lot of fab to make everything work even with the kit. If I were to do it again I would like to have gone a few inches longer to give more room between front and middle seats.

Re: Build pics and stretch progress
buttoned most everything up and drove it around the block. I ordered the second row seats and need to install the top once I drill new holes for the seat back on the pod. Painted the pod black with heavy green metal flake and cut a piece of green acrylic for the open area of the pod.

Re: Build pics and stretch progress
Retail is around 2,400 but I bought mine for 1,200(ish) from Extreme Kartz. My local EZGO dealer wanted over $4k for the factory stretch not including install.

Re: Build pics and stretch progress
Extreme Kartz is very competitive on pricing for a lot of GC stuff. I got my double take 120" top and Lazy Life seats from them as well.
The kit was more than I wanted to pay even at 1200 but cheaper than a new 6 seat cart |

Re: Build pics and stretch progress
Top is on and completes the look. I know alot of you guys are hardcore offroaders so I appreciate you putting up with my beach buggy lol. Still need to drill some holes for front seat backs and mounting the back of the top but my drill died so I'm stuck until I get a new one.
