Recently installed a 420cc harbor on a 92 club car spent about 1000$ all i needed was new motor mount clutch starter gen mount for predator engine and longer gas cord 300 on motor 200 on motor mount 200 on comet 780 clutch 100 for starter bracket 10$ for gas cable. Reused factory muffler with some fabrication saves you about 1000$ this way. Harbor freight predator engines are ccw 1" shafts 420cc on sale rn 300$

I was given one of these a while back. I know this is an old thread and I plan on starting a new one when I get closer to finishing my build. The first problem with this model is the wheel bolt pattern. You could buy a used yamaha rear end for less than the adapters for the wheels. The big block (Honda GX670) was going to be too high, so a new lower engine mount was made. The front end came off of a friend's '01 EZGO that put a long travel, lift kit on his, so I put disc brakes on what he gave me. Here are a couple pictures of where I'm at with it. Like I said, I will start a new thread, but I just didn't want to start one and keep adding to it for 2 years during the process.

Looks really good! What brake kit did you use? Any pics of how you got them to work?
