Default 83 Cushman idle problem

Idle way to high on this 22hp Omc, does anyone know about how many turns out the mixture screw should be. It is a B70e carburetor. Any tips on acheiving a perfect. Would an intake leak create high idle? Thanks.

of course an intake leak whould create a high Idle....starting fluid on intake system is where I whould start.
