To trade or not

I have an item for sale, that would be of interest to a limited number of buyers. The resale value of my item is around $4500. I recently had a trade offer; a custom EZGO TXT. I'm not sure what year the cart is, but the details of the cart are as follows: New batteries, extended top, aftermarket body, flip rear seat, custom seat covers, lights, stereo, 6" lift with aluminum wheels and off-road tires, dash cover and body trim. I'm not sure what kind of value the cart would have, I can't find anything locally to compare it to. As stated, my item has a limited base of buyers, versus if I had this cart, it would probably appeal to a greater number of people. I just don't want to lose money by trading or be stuck with something I can't sell later. Any opinions as to wheter I should consider trading or not would be appreciated.

it would be kinda hard to tell without more info. The serial number can be found in the passenger glove box on a metal tag. If it is still in there we could help with the year model. Also, if you could snap a picture of the cart so we could see the extent of the customization that would help too.
