Default Newbie question on flat tire - 86 Marathon

Had my 86 Marathon for about a week now and was using it to tow my small airplane in and out of hangar - was working good till yesterday when left rear tire went flat - noticed the valve stem had broken off.

Looks like I have stock wheels and looks like there is no tube used - Where's the best place to take for repair - looks like ar regular car tire except smaller (i.e. no tube) - will any tire dealer work? Assuming it's just the valve stem failing and not something more serious like rim damage. Any other suggestions to check or wach out for? Thanks

the local walmart does mine.some dont.gotta check.otherwise any tire shop.they just got to break the bead, remove old valve, install new.sometimes the tire shops want to charge more cause they say its more work?good luck.
