P4G 2 cycle gas mix ratio??
I just decided to eliminate my oil line, pump and tank and just mix my gas because i don't want to mess with replacing parts on my 1994 columbia par car 2 cycle. I was wondering if anyone knew what the gas ratio is, and what is a good oil to mix with?

85 to 1 is the ratio. 1.5 oz per gallon.
I am not sure the brands are all the important. I actually just use the cheap stuff from Walmart. Never had an issue. |

Re: P4G 2 cycle gas mix ratio??
The oil originally called for TCW rated oil. That standard has now changed and now its all TCW-3 rated. Never understood why they wanted watercooled oil in it but it works.
Just pick an oil that is TCW-3 rated whether its SuperTech, Havoline, Johnson Evinrude, or some other brand. |
