Wanted 1993 EZGO 955 shuttle parts

I just bought an EZGO 955 shuttle. SN 12250. Looking to replace some of the major parts cheap if possible. Like most am cash poor so only looking for things you can part with at a good price. I don't want to lowball anyone so if it is a retail value I cannot afford it.

Found controllers price range 175.00-399.00 cl, ebay, cart dealers
Motor ? No luck yet.

Don't know if these are good prices maybe someone can give me some advise if I can't find used with other members?
