Default 1994 EzGo 36v TXT - Wiring Fiasco!

I've got a 1994 36v EzGo TXT that is new to me but has been a headache. When I first got it about 6 months ago the f/r switch was getting hot so i replaced it with the heavy duty F/R. That worked for about a week and then it completely died - controller went out. I took it all out then and now that I'm quarantined thought it would be a good time to get it all put back together (mistake). I bought the alltrax controller, solenoid and diode and now I can't remember how it all went back together....

Here's what i've got so far:
A1, A2, S1, S2 all seem to be in the right place.
S2 goes to the driver side contact of the f/r switch
A1 goes to the top of the f/r switch
S1 goes to passenger side of the f/r switch
Bottom pole of the f/r switch foes to B+ on controller
Neg side of solenoid to B+
Pos side of solenoid to pos battery

I think those are right?

Where i'm lost is where the key switch and pedal harness wire to.

I've got two wire groups:
Wht/Blk/Red/Grn
Wht is to J4, BLk is to J5, Red to Pos solenoid, green to KPI grn (green feels
wrong)

Blue/Grn (KPI)
Blue (is on the f/r switch (feels wrong)
Green is connected to the green on the pedal harness

Also, i don't have reed switch but it looks like it was attempted to be jumped to f/r switch (red wire from battery + to f/r switch). WIll that work?

Where I'm really needing help is with the AllTrax controller and the new heavy duty f/r switch. I've found several wiring diagrams but their for newer carts and these components. I'm still unclear on what each of the smaller connections on the f/r switch is for...

Any help is appreciated!! Thanks in advance. Let me know if more pictures would help.

Now the status light in blinking 3 greens and 1 red, which indicates 'No throttle calibration'. Any ideas on what that should be?

You need to download the Alltrax Toolkit software and hook up to the controller to check the throttle setting, it should be set to EZ GO ITS. Here is a couple of wiring diagrams of a stock cart and an Alltrax installation, you should be able to sort it out.

I downloaded the software and took a look at the settings and it all appears to be correct. The setup is 0-5k, 2 wire which after a little research appears to be the right configuration for a 36v 1994 TXT.

I even changed to EZGO ITS as 'handtools' suggested and still no luck.

The status light is now solid green. Solenoid clicks and I can see the throttle react on the monitor screen of the Alltrax toolkit. Not sure if this helps but here are some testing results.

Battery Pack is 38.43
B- to B+ is 38.43 (same as battery pack)
M- to B+ is -0.3
With pedal depressed it goes to 37.67

Could this be a bad motor? If so, what's the best way to test it? Any recommendations if it's bad? THis is just a cart to do some yard work and check the mailbox. I just want it to move.....

Thanks!
