Re: Modifying Governor on G16 & G22
Hey all. Old thread I know, but my cart isn’t getting top speed from drilling out the governor. Was hoping someone could help. Don won’t help me finish his kit because I can’t take my back seat off due to wiring running through it. I’ve adjusted the throttle cables after drilling the arm out but I am still speed limited by the governor arm nut. I’m only getting like 15-16 after setting it back to factory.

Re: Modifying Governor on G16 & G22
Wait I think I may have figured it out. Was I not supposed to tighten the governor shaft nut back down?
