In your opening post you stated

I have a mig welder and can use a pipe bender as needed. Thanks
So why not fabricate a tubular front roof support like we used to. We mounted lights, speakers etc with no shaking at all. I think we used 1" tube and a few where done in 1" 0r 1 1/2" square tube. The screen can still be fitted using the plastic side clips from Yamaha or club car depending on your tube size and holes drilled for longer bolts

That's the plan. 3/4" pipe. Just need to make time to get it done.

That’s a good price for the 12” one. Puts out some lumens per the manufacture.
I paid that much for a 9” with half the lumens at Wally.
Did you get the wire harness kit with it?
That 36” one is killer on lumens...

Yeah I got the harness with solenoid for another 10 bucks I think. The 36" light is insanely bright

Here's the one we fabbed last year for our roof.

For weight consideration, I would preferably use aluminium...

Finally got my bar mounted up and I really like the location. Thanks for your suggestions and pipesta I’m going to put my pics on your led bar thread.

The bracket was fairly simple to fab up just used a couple of pieces of angle and extended it far enough in to mount the bar using the mounts that came with the bar.

The last pic is with the small bar on as well but really doesn’t make that much difference with the big one turned on.

Will the bar interfere with a windshield if you choose to use one?

Reason I ask is I had my light bar mounted similar to yours and the folding windshield wouldn't clear it when in the up position.

Yeah it probably will interfere with a windshield but we don’t use one so not a problem for me. I think I’ve seen where people cut the top of the windshield slightly to let it pass under.

Now that I’m looking at it, I could have recessed it a little more and the windshield would fit. It’s only sticking out about 1.5” right now
