Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
Ouch! You might be into that one more than it would cost for one not wrecked by the time you fix everything.
Check the buy/sell section here too . Lot of us guys on the forum in the southeast. Andy4639 is in SC and selling a SWEET big block cart, that will surely tackle any hill you're looking to climb! |

Yamaha I think. Hard to tell from the blocked insignia. I think I can get him further down. He started it at $2000 and has been dropping it for several weeks. He's now got it listed for $1200 or make offer.

Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
IF it is a Yamaha (I can't tell).
AND the batteries are taken care of. AND the frame can be straightened. AND the parts are available and not too expensive. AND it has the charger. AND all running gear works, you might come out OK. I personally would keep looking. JMHO. |

Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
The front logo is a crown. Not sure if that's just a body kit or some other brand?
Personally I'd pass on that one, be better off finding one with a blown motor or bad batteries or something and building that, than one that looks like it met a school bus face to face |

Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
Tomberlin & Par Car have models with a similar front end (bug eye lights) but different rear end. Roof looks like those I've seen on Zone or Star Chinese carts. I'm thinking it may be a real problem to find parts.

Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
I thought it might be a Star. That's why I asked for the Yamaha guys to chime in.

Re: Suggestions for a cart purchase
Front suspension is not familiar to me. Looks like steel with an aluminum casting in the center section.
Probably rode hard and put up wet. Not counting the collision damage. Front tires are bald. Keep looking. |
