Custom EZ-GO TXT with big street bike engine
Hi Guys!
Started a new project.        EzGo TXT body, custom frame, Honda CBR 1100xx Blackbird Engine!! |

 I'm using an RPM brand forward reverse gearbox that has a 5:1 gear reduction built in. I made an adustable mount so I can keep tension on the chain without using an idler type tensioner.  Here's a pic with the chain installed. It's output flanges match the pattern for a Porshe 930 CV, so you can use commonly available 930 CV axles. I'm going to do a series of videos on the build of this cart on YouTube. Excited about this project. Just got the steering wheel tacked in place as well as the brake and clutch pedals.   |
