Ya, i thought so too but when I flip it around, the leaf spring mounts dont look right. I am going to flip it again and look harder at it tonight.

Well,

SGC got back to me and I think the fitment issue was because all of the weight was on the jack stands. This resulted in the leaf springs hanging free. I am going to put some weight on the leaf springs tonight and see if everything lines up. Fingers crossed!!!!

That looks great. How did you clean them up? The batter tray in particular. Did you use a rust product on them. I bought some corroseal?

I have the same motor. I've only tested it to see if it works. I never heard issues like you are mentioning.

My 4" lift was a little different. It had a pedestal that went on under the leaf spring. On top of the axel. And the "C" extension was for the bottom of the shock. Since I had remove my steering wheel and rack. I had a problem with the axel rotating to the front or rear.

There are site sponsors that offer better seating than up to par with seat/seats. And the internet, offer up, craigslist, etc.. provide more seating choices.

I don't think uptopar sells seats.

Foam can be sourced at an arts and craft place and cut with a hot knife or an electric knife. Again, not sure what all you need. I think up to par will sell you a whole seat too. If not them, just google golf cart seats/seat covers and you'll find some good options. Having it custom done at an upholstery place may get pricey.
Earlier post about seat assembly.

I used heavy duty ratchet straps to compress the leaf springs so I could install my shocks. It's a little nerve racking when you release them after but they didn't jump too much.

I saw orangeman's post and yours. I am simply pointing out that uptopar does not sell seats. If they do, neither their website or eBay store shows where they SELL seats. The OP here has suggested he needs the entire seat.

Please enlighten us with your experience with the inferior seats you bought from uptopar.

Having said that, uptopar sells high quality seat COVERS. If you want pink and green, yellow and pink, etc. uptopar will make them for you. That is what they do. Sadly we don't have them as a site sponsor, nor do we have one with this service that I am aware of.

I am all about fairness and think it is improper to bash any vendor without cause.
