Golf Cart Wheels on 70 HP Cart?
Any thoughts on the safety related to installing golf cart alloy wheels on a semi powerful cart? Making about 70 HP and in low range the wheels are loaded.
This Kaw 4/137 bolt pattern is limited to odd offsets and 7" width. Golf cart wheels are far better looking and avail in 8" wide 12 and 14". But...will they hold up? I can have 137 to 4x4 adaptors made. Any better brands? I want shiny wheels. Probably 14x8 with 23s? All ideas welcomed! Thought about 14" steel wheels and rally wheel trim rings. I'd be cool wit that. |

I think problem is solved.
Found some wheels that are about perfect. At least they are per my geezer taste. 12x8 4/137 -61 negative offset (3-5) Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk |

Re: Golf Cart Wheels on 70 HP Cart?
Just bought 4 for $229 off ebay. They're new scratch'ndents. Minor they say. We shall see... The wheels are $100 @, new, if they can be found. No one wants the negative offset or satin natural finish. I'll post the outcome. They are curious sizes. I can remove the 2" spacer from the front with these wheels. They are Vision Outback 159. 12x8 4/137. And discontinued.

Reckon I'll put this thread to sleep. I now have these wheels. Very pleased with them. Description said blemished....I don't see any blemishes. Cool.
I spent a $#it!load of time looking for these things. Retail bit over $100 each. Bought for $229. Free ship. Sent from my SM-T560NU using Tapatalk |
