Mounting the ZEVA monitor
Has anyone engineered a way (or several ways) to locate and attach the ZEVA BMS monitor to the dash of their cart?
Any such ideas would be interesting to see. My current thoughts are to take the "3-footed" plastic base, and epoxy this base to the EZ-GO dash, and then just bolt it on with the wiring routed behind the dash. |

Re: Mounting the ZEVA monitor
Thanks AG. I think I have found a method that will work for my EZ-GO. Since I own a GoPro with an accessory pack, I've taken one of the GoPro mounts and adapted it for my purposes.
The mount on the left has a brass female screw installed by GoPro. So I cut down a screw (male) that I will insert from the back of a selected spot on my dash, and simply locktight it and tighten it down. I took my coping saw and cut out the GoPro middle "buttress" of the mount. Then using that piece as a washer, the ZEVA will bolt right into it. Simple, easy, and functional. |

Mount is in. The small space above the blue plastic washer is where I'll cut a small hole to allow the wire thru.
