Default Rear body trim/moulding

I am looking at some options for trimming out the rear body along the sides bottom edges between the floorboard and rear fender flare.

Planning on adding a fastener and some sort of trim piece to keep it tightly secured. Anybody done theirs?

The piece tends to want to come out near the fender cutout and I've noticed others doing the same.
