Should I instal a govenor?
From what I can tell, I don't have a govenor on my new to me 1972 harley 3 wheel cart. I have clocked it up to 20 MPH but it won't hold that going up a hill. I don't consider 20 too fast on one of these but if someone wanted to get crazy I guess they could roll it. Has anyone here let someone drive their cart with no govenor and had "issues" such as rollovers?

Re: Should I instal a govenor?
If it's a 3 wheel and your worried about someone else driving it then you need to slow it down. I had a 3 wheel Melex and let my kiddos drive it and they never rolled it....got pretty close a few times though.
