Mini Truck samurai axle build
I bought this truck late last year and sold my Diesel Golf Cart project i had. My plans with the truck was to put the diesel drivetrain from the Golf Cart project and possibly 4 link it on samurai axles. I started out by putting my custom Kubota D600 diesel & Cushman 3spd trans in the truck. Once i had it driving i realized i wanted more power
 . SO, I took the drivetrain out and put it up for sale. I then traded it for a 04 GSXR 600 complete swap with plans of just selling it. I contemplated putting the GSXR in but it would take to much effort to get reverse and i can't get away from a diesel motor  . The truck sat there along with the samurai axles and the GSXR motor and i decided to just sell it. I could never get any reasonable offers so I then decided to pull the trigger on the samurai axle swap. Stripped the old running gear off and started the Panhard parallel set up

The 1.6 has much more power than the 1.3 gas motor that it replaced. I drive to work (18 mile round trip) for 2 weeks on $20 of fuel.
