Default Bad Boy Buggy Noises

I'm not very mechanically savvy so forgive me if I sound ignorant. I recently bought a 2014 Bad Boy Buggy Recoil iS. Previously owned a 2012 bad boy but had problems with grinding noise in back left tire so I got rid of it. New buggy drove great and didn't make a sound so I purchased it. 7 hours later when I get home I unload the buggy and notice THE EXACT same grinding noise in the back left tire. It sounds like metal against metal grinding. Not overly loud but can definitely hear it. As I'm trying not to throw up I am riding in taller grass with dew on it, and then it sounds like my brakes/rotors are squeaking. Very loud. All 4 tires make the same noise. So I take it to a golf cart shop. Guy says it sounds like cv joint? Does that sound right?? Do I need new brake pads? I don't want this thing to squeak when it gets wet bc I hunt on it. The only reason I got into the buggies was bc they were electric and very quiet. Any clue about the grinding noise or the squeaking?!?! Thanks for the help!!

Are you sure it's not brake rub? Have you attempted to get it off the ground and see if you can recreate the noise by hand turning the wheels? Wiggle the tires to see if the CV axles/joints make the same noise? Possibly the struts/springs need a spay of silicon lubricant due to moisture from the dewy grass?

I would recommend cleaning the brake assemblies before tearing any further into the cart.
remove the pads from each caliper and inspect. there is a groove in the center of the pad that fills with brake dust and can cause a rattle that is most notable when driving slow or turning. clear that groove of any material and with some fine sandpaper remove any glazing on the surface of the pads. clean with brake wash and reinstall. If the noise clears up you will know its in the brakes. If it returns, install new brake pads.

I had the same issue with my 2016 Bad Boy Ambush. It was my back left tire as well and it's actually at the dealer right now getting in warranty service done. I was told that the back was "out of alignment" which was causing it to rub while driving. They adjusted it and said it's not doing it anymore.

Before I took it into service my brother was actually looking at it while it was in his driveway and was like dude your back is uneven. He's got OCD and notices stuff like that which I never did. Maybe yours is possibly out of alignment also?
