Sold the Sandrail

Sold the sandrail. Guy is picking it up tomorrow night. Side by side here we come. Can't tell you how glad I am. Something we can use every day of the year. Haven't used the rail in over a year. It was a beauty but we need something more useful.

Looking at a RazrS but we'll see what's out there and available since we won't be buying new.

There are some pics of the rail on my profile page. I have no idea how to move them to here.

The Ezgo will be sold once the side by side is bought but we'll hang onto it until then. It's fun to run around the 'hood in.

Selling the rail must be like selling an old fishing boat glad to get something new, sad because of the memories it gave you.

You're right Doomie. Tom built that rail from the ground up. It's scary fast at well over 100 mph and has never let us down, but we need our Toy $$$ to be more versatile, so away it goes. Very nice man bought it, who's brother, oddly enough, was Tom's automotive teacher in junior college...

It'll have a good home and we'll see it at the dunes now and then I'm sure.

Can Am is another we will be checking out. The only one we won't consider is a Rhino. They are nice, but we have just seen too many roll-overs with them. Driver error probably but it happens more with them than any other.
