Good news everyone! I found out why there was such a difference in compression: nuts. Two of the nuts on the left cylinder head were eeeeeeeever so slightly loose, and were causing it to not run well... Then, I took her for a spin! It's a little slow, but the belt tension still needs to be tweaked, so it's understandable. But that, is a project for another day.

To Do List: make shifter box slot wider, install wiring harness for the head and tail lights, reinstall cowl, build simple intake tube, fabricate side bolsters, add seat latches, reinforce seat support frame, front lift with ATV strut suspension, better wheels and tires.

Today I tightened the belt as much as possible, and found out that I need a slightly shorter belt. On the plus side, though, the Banshee now has the muffler reinstalled, and now has a deep growl as compared to the high yowl it once had... I will post a video of the pre-muffler Maiden Voyage later tonight, assuming the internet cooperates.

What are you running for clutches? I just put a suzuki 340 fan in my g1. Literally just finished it yesterday. seems to go good with stock snowmobile primary and stock secondary that came on cart. but was wondering what you were running.
