father and son project.. EZGO's getting a snowmobile motor
Hello- We are building a 91 ezgo 2 stroke marathon gx444 we picked up with no motor. The initial plan is to swap in a gifted 440 fan cooled electric start arctic cat jag motor into this chassis. We have the entire sled to pirate out the entire system. We also just started to re cover the seats. If someone could post pics or has any tips please let me know.
this looks pretty straightforward, and fun. Thanks for sharing all the knowledge on this site, it's going to help out quite a bit. |

Re: father and son project.. EZGO's getting a snowmobile motor
no, i dont think so. i dont want to put too much work into it. i buffed it recently and it shines great and i just finished recovering the seats. (ill post pics tomorrow) so i feel good abour it. i think i would want to put a lift kit on it, how expensive are they, and my dad and i can build almost anything so does anyone have pics of a home made lift for a old marathon or know how they work?
thanks |
