Measure around the outside of the driven clutch and the shaft on the drive clutch and maybe add an inch for stiffness. I am not sure of how to measure exactly but that will get you close and then try to find a SUPER CHEAP used one on ebay just to try it out. You might need to adjust that size up or down to get it right. I had to buy 3 to find the right one for my cart.

Thanks. My brother found the old one laying around yesterday. so i guess I'm gonna just start with that. And adjust as needed. Have you had much experience with breaking them. I guess my question is do i need to order one that is nice and expensive due to more wear or stress because of our application?

Guess at this point I should prob, like you said, try it out with a cheap one.
Thanks again for the help. Will post some pics once i get some of the new a arms built and put on.
