Walbro Carb Help
Hey guys im having troubles with my carb. its a walbro carb off a 70's vintage arcticat. My question is regarding the hose that runs from the crankcase to the side of the carb. the nipple on the side of the carb where this hose is on pulls out of the carb just as easy as i can put it back in. recently i will be cruising around and it will just die b/c this nipple fell out of the carb..so i put a zip tie around the whole carb and the nipple to keep it from falling out. Is this right that it can come off? And will that effect the vacume of the carb making it bog out when im going top speed b/c its not getting enough gas?
Thanks for any input. zach |

Re: Walbro Carb Help
Yep, that is the pulse line that drives a diaphragm
in the fuel pump part of the carb. Get some JB weld and glue it in. |
