Cool putting sled motor in 86 club car help

I am going to put a 440 snowmobile motor in my 1986 club car but the belt is too wide for my driven clutch what should i do?

I used a Polaris secondary with my yamaha sled motor. Polaris had a 1 inch shaft with a keyway and the Yami was metric tapered. Got it off flebay for 50 bucks. I don't know what size yours is I had to build my own jack shafts set up.
