Hi- I am new here. I am looking for wiring diagrams for a 99 ez go. I have read in some of the forums that there are "stickies" at the top of the forum. I do not understand this stickies? can anyone help me

I am new here also, but I do read other forums. My understanding of stickies is that the Forum administrators turn on something that makes the post stay as the top post on the thread. Usually they have information that is helpfull to alot of forum users, such as answers to frequently asks questions etc. Welcome to the forum. From what I have read so far the information you want is here somewhere and/or someone hear knows the answer.

You will have your best results posting in threads that start with the header you have a question about. Like in this case you may want to post in EZgo electric. From there look for something like Start a thread instead of post a reply. It helps keep things organized and increases the chance that someone will read your question that knows the answer.
