Customizing your profile

Hey, i know this is the test post area, but its the only area i think that relates to the workings of the fourm.

My question is, how do some change the font and colour of their name in the top portion of their posts.
Also how do you change the little slogan that shows up underneath.

I hear that it apprears after a certian ammount of posts, but ive seen some who have less posts then me, and their stuff is customized.
Also this girls on carts, thread, i also thought it showed up after a bunch of posts, but have yet to see it

Wow, you sure do ask alot of questions... J/K

Go to your user CP and click on the various settings and options and check them out. You kind of have to play with the various sections until you find what you want and what you want to change. Some options do take 300 posts to change but others don't. The GOC thread takes 300 posts, but if you whine to the New Guy enough, he can probably help you out.

For changing the appearance of your forum name and color use "edit options"

I figured that is probably the case.
Too bad that they had that site hack thing happen a while ago because then i would be way over 300 posts. But things happen i suppose.

Anyways, so far, none of the options are there yet for the name customization, and slogan thingy. So i guess i will just wait.

I create simple webpages on the side and such, but anything super technical related to phpBB, and vbulletin is out of my legue at the moment.

Oh BTW, today is a slow day, so ive been on the compy all day.

I can now get into the Club house, but nothin else is new as far as customizing my name and slogan.. Anyways its not a big issue, just thought it would be cool to mod those things.

It's your signature you want to mod I think. If your talking about the quote I have below, mod your signature!

If I'd a known that I could have just peed and moaned a little bit to get in....

Im talking about moding your username font, and the slogan below it. Right now im "gone wild" but would possibly like to change it. I think that the feature to change those only shows up after you have done 300 posts. and it shows up under your edit options.

You should be able to change your user title (Gone Wild) to what ever you want. For different colors, look under "Settings & Options" in the User CP. Then click on "Edit Options".
