Re: logisystem
Hey Roady, Thank you, that is starting to make perfect sense. The two wires from the pb-6 are blk and wht. Does it mater which one goes on which terminal there on the controller?

Re: logisystem
It shouldn't. All I basically did was fill in the blanks. The 2 throttle wires on the schematic did not change, I just added a key switch and the microswitch you had. You will not use NC for anything...

Re: logisystem
Roady, I was interupted by 2 carts but finally getting back to this and ready to wire today....My Q is, neither you or Logisystem diagram adresses the micro switch at the F&R.
Should I not use it? Can I use it to close the solenoid? And then use the PB-6 micro to the controller only? And where do you reccomend connecting the charge circut? Directly to the pack? |

Re: logisystem
You don't have to use the F/R microswitch or you can use it to break the solenoid while switching the F/R. Either way will work, depends on how you want to connect it. The solenoid is dead as long as your not on the throttle....you shouldn't be on the throttle when switching the F/R anyways.
Yea.....I guess if you want to charge your batteries you should connect the charger directly to the battery pack. LOL! |

Re: logisystem
Here are some pics of the standard Club Car F&R we are talking about.....Wired like the diagram seems not right to me...everything is 'hot' at once? Empty terminal on the left is where the M- cable connected. I did try a bar connecting the two bottom ( sorry it is upside down in the pic) But that didn't help?

Re: logisystem
Scotty, they will be hot all the time as long as the solenoid is engaged.
The side terminal goes to M- The bottom to A2 The other 2 to S1 and S2. Are you sure you recieved the correct diagram from Logisystems? Are you sure the motor works? |
