Default Rear End Noise

I have a 2013 new tomberlin xrle with 45 miles on it. The left rear wheel has a slight wobble in forward and reverse and makes a strange broken humming sound as the wheel turns. It's not the tires as they are brand new. I have the cart jacked up off all four wheels trying to figure out what might be causing the wobble. I can't tell if the right rear wheel does the same thing as it does not turn when the motor is engaged in either direction. Not sure if this is the how it's suppose to react or not. Anyone had this experience?

Welcome to BGW

Remove the wheel and see if it's the axle or the wheel. If you want the other wheel to turn/spin you have to stop the wheel that is turning, put that wheel on the ground with the other wheel off the ground, and now the other wheel will spin . Swap the wheel that wobbles with a front wheel to see if it is the wheel

Rib33024 - thanks for the welcome and the reply!
I've already pulled the front wheel off and put it on the back with the same results. When I take the tire and rim off the rear hub, the hub wobbles. This makes me think it's either a bad hub, or axle shaft or the bearings are shot. Can't imagine why the bearings would be bad on a new cart, but I've had new rear bearings put in my jeep to go bad over a 100 miles of driving. So nothing would surprise me. I guess the next step is to remove the hub and everything that's behind it to check it all out. I've never done that, so any advice would be appreciated.

I'll lower the cart to put the left wheel on the ground to see if I have the same problem with the right rear wheel wobbling. Thanks for that advice.
