NEV-48-EX Compatibility

I was wondering what is the compatibility to other brand carts out there? Like Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, Star, Fairplay, ect. I am having trouble finding parts and accessories for my cart. Most sites only offer the above manufacturers.

Looking for:

Tires/Wheels
Lift Kit
Brake System (Any at this point)

Any advice or links to websites that offer parts or compatible parts to the NEV-48-EX would be very helpful.

If anything, what cart is it closely resemble as far as parts go? Like could a lift kit for a Club Car go on my Nev?
